Back at it with summer classes open to the public!

I am excited to share that I will be teaching again this summer. Ive teamed up with the fabulous organization, Women for Healthy Rural Living, to offer four classes, this summer in the Incredible Edible Gardens in Milbridge, Maine.

I will be teaching about the medicinal plants growing in and around the community gardens. I will demonstrate how to make medicines, talk about the benefits and contra indications, and teach participants how to bring these plants into their lives in different ways. I may even dip into teaching about flower essences depending on what's blooming at the time of the classes.
