Walk - Interlude Invitation


Today take a walk outside. It doesn't matter if it's in the woods, through a park, through snow, on a beach, or along a city sidewalk. Simply get outside and walk for 10 minutes in silence. Notice what you see. What you smell. What you feel.


See if you can do this every day. 10 minutes of walking a day can really shift things in a huge and big way.
